  I have used MGS now for two homes and had a wonderful experience with them. Prices we're very competitive but the quality of the custom work was exceptional.

  Buyer Beware!! Terrible customer service and they don't deliver on what they promise!!!!!!! Been trying to get them to complete my job for over a year now, I've left multiple messages and neither the owner of the company or the sales person Brandon Page will call me back. I've paid them 100% of the invoice with a written commitment the counter would be installed within a week, that was in October of 2016. At this point, my only option is to file a legal case against them. Save your time and your wallet. I hired MSG design to custom build a trough sink for my business. When they came to install the sink, there was no way for the water to drain because there wasn't a pipe so all the water went to the floor. They felt that it wasn't there responsibility to provide a drain - who buys a sink that doesn't have a drain? When a plumber installs a sink, there is a drain that he connects to, what I received was a 6 foot sink with a trough across the entire sink and no pipe for it to drain into. I'm now getting calls from the plumber THEY called in for $925.00. There service is poor at best, the President, Brandon Page made multiple commitments to me and the delivery was always late. My business was open in February 2016 and in October the work was still not complete. They asked me to pay the final bill, because they couldn't order order the metal supports until I paid in full for the entire job, which I did. I received a written promise on my invoice that they owed me the countertop and would have it done no later than that next week. It's February now and I still don't have my counter top, I've called and left several messages, Brandon nor the owner will not return my calls and the plumbing company is trying to get me to pay for the service. Overall, they did a nice job on the sink, it works great now that a drain had to be retrofit but their customer service is terrible. If you want a job done on time with a company that keeps it's commitment, I would not recommend MSG. If you do choose to use them, I highly suggest you do not pay until the job is completely finished.

  We looked for a long time to find someone to re-do our kitchen countertops. Every company we had bid our kitchen, didn't sit well either with me or my husband. We are very happy our path crossed with MGS by Design. Not only were their prices reasonable, but Kurtis that came out to bid, and measure, was beyond a dream. He made sure we had the best pricing for the granite we selected. He took personal interest in the final outcome of our kitchen. He made recommendations to us based on his qualified experience. After countertops, and backsplash were installed, we had Kurtis come back out to bid on rock being placed around our Island. In the process of everything, we had a chance to meet the owner Chris. Talk about fantastic customer service. This company in whole has knowledgeable staff, and skilled professionals for installation. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but this experience taught me about the qualities I need to look for in choosing right company to do work inside my home. Thank you so much Kurtis, and the entire MGS by design team. for making my kitchen just what I wanted.
